Who are we? ?

The story of Identités Actions Solidaires was born from a human observation and a will to act. Aware for over five years of the major challenges facing the Comoros in access to healthcare, the leaders of IDENTITES chose to put their expertise and network to work for a vital cause.

This is how our association was born: with the ambition of providing lasting, quality medical support across the entire archipelago.

A heartfelt partnership with Soprano

Because unity makes strength, we work hand in hand with Soprano and his foundation. Together, we combine our efforts to identify the most urgent needs and deliver medical equipment of all kinds, from basic consumables to high-tech equipment.

Our everyday mission

We act as a bridge between donors (individuals, healthcare professionals, institutions) and healthcare facilities in the Comoros. Our team personally ensures that every donation is collected, stored, and delivered under the best possible conditions.

Why we do this

Because a hospital bed, a blood pressure monitor, or a simple bandage can change a life. Thanks to your support and our on-the-ground logistics, we help restore independence and dignity to those who need it most.

What do we do?

We turn your donations into care by collecting, transporting, and distributing medical equipment to support healthcare facilities in the Comoros.

1. Collection: What we take in

To meet needs on the ground, we accept all types of medical equipment and care aids, whether new or used (in good condition):

2. Logistics: From drop-off to redistribution

We have set up a rigorous logistics chain to ensure every donation reaches its destination:

	Heavy equipment & furniture: Medical beds, hospital mattresses, wheelchairs.
	Mobility aids: Canes, walkers.
	Consumables & care: Dressings (paraffin gauze, compresses), examination gloves, disinfectant wipes, first aid kits, cotton.
	Instruments: Syringes, needles, scissors, forceps (Kocher, Adson, splinter), scalpels.
	Diagnostics & monitoring: Blood pressure monitors, oximeters, stethoscopes, thermometers, dopplers, SPO2 monitors, otoscopes, speculums.

	Storage & pickup: Your donations are stored at IDENTITES' premises. For large volumes, we arrange pickup directly from your site (pallet collection available).
	Shipping: Once collection is complete, the equipment is carefully packed into one or more containers.
	Distribution: The containers are shipped to the Comoros, where the equipment is redistributed to the population through a local partner organization, ensuring ethical and effective use.

You're welcome to meet us and drop off your donations directly at our warehouse:

For professionals: Make the most of your unsold stock or dormant inventory instead of discarding it.
Tax deduction: We are authorized to issue a tax deduction receipt for your in-kind donations.
Simplified logistics: For large volumes, we arrange pickup directly from your site, with pallet collection available.
